Burke Coumty Dollars for Scholars established in 2005 is dedicated to raise money to provide scholarships to high school graduates.  The idea behind our mission is "Local Support for Local Students."

Funds come from:

• individuals, families, memorials, businesses,organizations, and fundraisers
• Donars may establish their own criteria, thus maintaining their unique identity

Benefits to Donars:

• All contributions are tax deductible
• BCDFS coordinates the scholarship application process, the review process, provides checks, and coordinates with the post-secondary school
